For today's inspiration challenge. Today's challege took us to the Curiosity Shop for our inspiration. I found lots to choose from and have some other ideas. Having just taken DGD home after she spent the night here (18 m.o.) I find that my mojo is a little lacking, so I made up a quick card from this set of melamine plates: http://www.curiosityshoppeonline.com...ineplates.html
I have been hoarding my stash of crocheted flowers, so I decided to use some of them on this card. It's not like I can't make more any time I need them! Used scraps of cs to make a little border around the flowers. Used the printout of the inspiration photo to punch out some butterflies and added those to the card. Sentiment is one of those SU sets with three stamps with a gazillion phrases on one block. I have cut those apart and mounted them on the sides of dominoes rather than leaving them as larger images.
Thanks for looking!!

well look at you go with all these styles blended together. Love the contemporary feel with your paper strips, and those corchetted flowers are just the icing on the cake! super fun card.

Doesn't look uninspired to me - I like the way you added the assymetric strips to make a border, and the little butterflies. And the flowers - but that goes without saying.

Oh I really like your interpertation of those plates. Love the flowers. I don't do crochet so these look extra special to me.
I also like the asymetry of the border scraps. Neat card.
