This is my first card done with this set. I wanted to make a special card for my special friend, and after 4 tries I came out with this background. I used the shaving cream technique, and spread the shaving cream on with a plastic knife. I think I will always use the knife for this set, looks like huge waves all around the boat with a peaceful calm just around the boat.
The colors of ink refills I squirted on the shaving cream were Baja Breeze, Soft Sky and Brocade Blue, then I took the plastic knife and swirlled it.
The image is on watercolor paper, and the next layer is going grey, and brilliant blue next. The card is oversized so I used a 12 x 12 white cardboard from the designer paper for the card.
Inside on the bottom right side, I stamped another sailboat for continued flow.
The words are from Short & Sweet set.
The corners each have black brads.
Thanks for looking.
Been a while since I have done any cards, went through some tough times and a big move. It feels good getting back into stamping again.

I forgot to add that the waves were stamped on with classic white and then white detail embossing powder and heat gun for the white caps near boat.
Thanks again, Pat
