I thought Cindy's bee, who appears to be nameless (if that photo on her blog is Uncle Beeford, what's the bee called) should visit his ancestral hive and ancestral portrait gallery to get some sense of identity. And to give me a chance to hijack that cute little blue blossom cup he has!!
I am glad that pot is a cute bee, but I am a bit worried about visiting the tea party today, even if nobdoy googled the killer bees. We used to keep bees, and one time when my mum didn't smoke them enough, they started attacking the house. We had to dash round closing all the windows, upstairs as well as down. So forgive me if I look a bit nervous today.
This is Great Uncle Bartholemew Bee, who lives by the motto Be Happy.
Why, when my computer is limping and has no programmes installed did I decide to go digi today, I ask myself. Uncle Bartholemew is a Tia Bennet download from Two Peas - he buzzed me last night when I was in there browsing. The honeycomb is from Public Pictures Domain.net. And I had to find and resintall the bee font which I used to have - as well as Open Office to I could do my sentiment, and WinZip so I could unzip the font and bee...and download and install the printer driver so I could print it all. Maybe I should have told my bee stamp he couldn't take time off till tomorrow.
The picture frame has Crackle Accents on it, sentiment is computer generated and coloured with H2Os. I added photo corners and hung the portrait with wire from a brad.
Thanks, Cindy. I'll make my best cream scones (biscuits to you) which have lots of honey in them, and my Farmhouse Country Bread which has potatoes and honey...

YIKES!!! I'd be skeered to come to da tea party, too, after your real-life experience, Sabrina!! My mom is severely allergic to bees, and we almost lost her several times when I was a kid. Needless to say, I've been scarred for life and am deathly afraid of bees, too.
I'm so proud of you for puttin' yer big-girl panties on, though, and comin' to the party anyway. Look at this adorable card you made. Surely adorable bees such as ours wouldn't sting us....right? Mebbe this tea party will help us overcome our fears.
It's good to see the photo corner punch being used, again, too!
I hope you get your computer problems fixed soon, and I am lookin' forward to your scones!

Sabrina, this is wonderful. You are the computer master to get all this accomplished with all the computer troubles that you have been having. Un-BEE-lievable!!! This portrait of Great Uncle Bartholomew Bee is so cute. I love how you staged your photo. Nothing like homemade bread right out of the oven with real butter and honey. Now we are talking treats. I'ld take that over chocolate.
