Yesterday was such a bitter sweet day for me. In the mail arrived this most incredible asian image ... which I've already used for today's IC192 challenge ... and coins from Purty Bratty Barbie.
Purty Bratty Barbie has gone through so many changes and challenges this past year. You might remember her as Deb Wood, although her name and her appearance have changed, her heart is just as big as can be.
Deb Wood has been struggling with a myriad of health issues and can no longer work. that's where the bittersweet part comes in. I now financially her and her family's lives have changed so to send me this to die for image and coins just moves my heart profoundly.
The most beautiful thing about our sweet Deb is that, through all of this, she has really found God. I need to shout out to Pat Smethers for this! It was Pat that gently guided her to seel and find, and now, she and her mom attend weekly bible studies. God is good and so is Pat Smethers!
TFL and if you could, I just know deb would love to read your comments. She rarely uploads anymore because it's so difficult for her to remain steady to craft the works of art we all remember her uploading.
Peace, Deb and thank you so much for thinking of me. your kindness has warmed my heart in a very special way.

Yes, indeed, Anne........ Deb has gone through many difficult changes this past year - and to get such a beautiful card like this from Deb is both a joy and then one also knows how much work and love she put into it.......It is indeed precious and beautiful.
And yes, dear Pat Smethers has a heart of gold and has been there for Deb and her family in a beautiful way.
Thanks for honouring both Deb and Pat in this way.

What an awesome gift. God's people are so special. I hope deb reads this and goes to Chelsea's (1HapEMomE) on Splitcoast blog - here is the link http://hapemome.blogspot.com/ and listens to the music she has down the bottom of the page. Listen to Jeremy Camp - There will Be a Better Day. This song gets me through lots!!! Her scriptures and prayers are awesome. I frequent her blog often and listen to the music while I am on the computer. Both of you will be in my prayers for sure.
hugs,

What a beautiful card from such a sweetheart! Deb has a heart of gold, and her heart always did belong to God (I cannot take any credit for what He does!) Even in her pain, Deb reached out to me to comfort and pray with me on the very sad days as my mom's life went on to the next phase. How beautiful to see how the Father links us all together, seeing our need and filling it with the most beautiful people! Enjoy this sweet card and the thoughtfulness within. TFS

Anne, this stamp is soooo YOU and those coins are fabu. How utterly sweet of Deb to send these to you, especially considering her plight. It is more evidence of how beloved you are by all of us. I'm so pleased that Pat has guided her to a path of light. Your post is so uplifting.
