Well I decided to wear my best party dress this week to the tea party, with Froggy Broach and all! So perhaps one the other froggy's will court me and bring over to his lily pad for a little "schnockering"!
This card if a toadly functional card. I made it for my Niece who is on vacation with us in Ocean City, MD. She is turning 14 tomorrow. I made the card before we left. (gotta love the sneak peaks!) *did my weekly run to Michael's for the right supplies*
The card I made from a template I got out of Card Maker Magazine months ago. the vellum skirt is supposed to make the dress look "poofy", sorta like the poofy shirt (sinfeld). I used a little piece of chip board for the "ocean city" deco. Not sure if in the pic you can see the "Polka Dotted" DP.... especially picked for Mothermark!

Super pretty tea party dress! Love the froggie brooch! The vellum skirt is very festive! This is perfect for the tea party and your niece! You won't want to get dunked in the pond with this lovely frock on!

Are you kidding? The polka dots are shining bright and clear! Giggle! I love how the legs on your clear plastic card holder thingy look just like frog legs! Snort! Or do I just have frog legs on the brain today? Could be!
What a fun card for 14 year old! Its so precious...yet so *the teaparty*. How on earth did you accomplish that! Who'd a thunk a wonderful little party dress at a lily pad teaparty. Hee!
I'll send a memo out right now....no dunking the fancy dress with the pearls on it.....did you bring some extra clothes? Just in case???? Giggle!

Ooooo, look at this purty party dress and that gawjus brooch! Oh my! It is far too lovely for the likes of this rowdy group, Maureen. You don't want pond scum gittin on this lovely creation (or any upchuck like Cathleen said---eewwww!) Why don't you go stand next to Kermit while he sings instead of hoppin' onto one of the lily pads? I'm too skeered that this purty dress will be ruined and then your sweet niece wouldn't get to enjoy it. Thank you fer bringin' such loveliness to the pah-ty this week!

I can see the polka dots. Michaels must love you with your weekly trips to cook up your confections to bring to the party. I bet your niece will love this - especially that totally cute little frog brooch.

I love how your little dress looks. I am sure that she will too. The little pearls, the poofy part and the little froggy broach are so wonderful. I love the way you have it displayed.
