It may be July, but I did start by trying to do something with snowflakes - I still need 3 cards for my Christmas Card Challenge. But it didn't come together.
Still nothing was coming together today. So I got out my blue alcohol inks and made some Polished Stone background, and then the rest came together. I had my dragonfly set out because I'd been using the flourish in other cards. So I stamped the dragonfly twice onto Fantasy Film, using Fantasy Fibre as well for the upper layer. Cut it out and stuck it to the embossed Polished Stone. Added more pearls and rhinestones than I've ever used on one card before. Added silver Stickles to the dragonfly body and all the embossed swirls. Layered it onto some blue paper with punched corners. More gems, and silver stitching lines round the edge.
I'm happy with this, given that it was such a struggle!
With the Fantasy Film, I think it qualifies for the clear/sheer challenge too .

WOW! This is beautiful! I have to see if I can find the marbled stone technique, its beautiful. The dragon fly is so pretty...I'll have to look for that fantasy film. The colors you have chosen are so soothing. Brilliant!
