My brother recently rode his bicycle (yes, he pedaled!) from St. Louis, Missouri to South Dakota. I wanted to commemorate this ride with his birthday card. I was so excited to see KittieÂ’s scene challenge and new this was the perfect opportunity!
I made “Mt. Rushmore” by finding some pics of it on the internet. I looked for a face stamp that was approximately the correct size (enter Fella). I masked off Fella’s body and stamped just his face (using my stamp-a-majig) in the approximate locations that the faces were carved on Mt. Rushmore. I colored my Mt. in shades of grey and surrounded the base with trees.
