I got the technique idea for this card from teneale. You ink up the stamp and then use a plastic bag and drag it over the ink to give a watercolored look. Then I thumped the top of the flower with a marker and it gave the fuzzy look. So pretty in real life!

This sounds like a cool technique. It looks beautiful on this card. I love the blue color scheme.

This is such a pretty card. The colors are so restful! I love the baggie technique - neat look. I have used this set a ton of times but never thought to do it with blue flowers. Thanks for sharing your creativity.
