I made this card for a friend's recent wedding. Sorry if some details are sketchy - I started parts of it before I moved because the wedding was only two weeks later (my stuff is still not unpacked#.
I used pink and brown shades of Twinkling H20s on white cs #probably SU but not sure# then used Brilliance Pearlescent Chocolate ink to stamp the heart image from Polka Dot Punches #retired SU set - SAB 2009?# and the coordinating heart punch from SU.
The pierced hearts were done using a template from CrafterÂ’s Workshop and my SU piercing tool. I like the way it mimics the design of the stamped hearts. I did not like the rough edges that showed inside the card so I knew cardstock was going to hide it.
The sentiment on the inside was computer generated onto SU's Shimmery white cs #I have lots of wedding sentiment stamps but could not find any and really didn't want to buy another one.# I thought there was a bit too much white space so added the three hearts. I like the way it balanced the hearts on the front.
I handwrote a personal wish too using my SU white gel pen.
The card measures 8.5 x 5.5 #one sheet folded in half ... kinda bummed my scoring blade didn't do a very neat job but I was low on supplies so I rubbed the Brilliance inkpad over all the edges for an added distressed look.)
Thanks for looking and may each day have time for ...
Happy Crafting!
