Today's Inspiration Challenge is the Tracy Porter website. Talk about pretty stuff! I chose THIS PRETTY SKIRT COMBO to make a thank you card.
I cracked a bone in my foot, because I fell while pruning bushes wearing sandals...smart, huh? This thank you is for a helpful friend who works at the Bone & Joint clinic.
Once again, I am brayering. I just love it. I learned so much from Michelle Zindorf's classes....and had so much fun! I want to brayer everything now. I really like making the scenes and hope to do more. The thing is, once I made the scene, I didn't want to add a lot of embellishments to take away from it. What? No cut outs? No dimensionals? Nope, not even a brad.
Hope you like it...TFL!

This is absolutely gorgeous and I know what you mean about the embellishments - Michelle is my friend and sometimes people tell her she needs more embellishments and it cracks me up - it's like telling an artist to tie a ribbon around their picture......duh....NOT needed....I tell Michelle, she doesn't even need STAMPS!!!!! You have learned well and done a beautiful job on this card!! It's a stand out in the entire gallery!! (look at mine too Leisa, cuz it's using her emboss resist technique)DON'T WE ALL JUST LOVE MICHELLE????????

Your scene is so beautiful ... I just want to walk right up to that fence and look over the hill! Sorry to hear about your injured foot.

Okay, this is simply incredible. I am floored by it. No, don't add any embellishments. I was just telling a friend about Michelle and how wonderful she is and her tutorials. You need to make more of these. This is the prettiest card I've seen in some time. TFS!
