I have been loving the faux grid technique and here it is, in the lid of the teapot. The colors are so neat and I love the blue rose with the lime green grid!
For my card, I used an All Night Media rose stamp. I stamped with Stazon Jet Black onto SU! glossy white cs. I heat set the images. I colored with SU! markers. I find it very hard to use markers on glossy paper.....even though I heat set. It still smears.......Grrrrrr!
The basketweave dp is from Provo Craft Scrap pack. I used barely banana cs punched with and MS border punch for the bottom of the card. I added thin blue dotted ribbon to finish off.
Sometimes the cards look better in my head than on paper!!!! Ya know?
What do you think?
