The background is from high hopes as is the palm tree. The water and sand were pieced in using cool carribean and creamy carmel. Cute little Kona and the tree were colored with copics and prismas. They are cut out and Kona is raised with foam tape. Crystal lacquer on the palm tree. Used stickles on the lightning bolt on his surf board and then covered with crystal lacquer.
