Thursday's ways to use it splitcoast challenge was a Christmas in July themed challenge. We were to create cards or other paper craft items using a Christmas theme.
I used an older SU stamp set called Chill of Winter to create this card.
I used my SU watercolor crayons and blender pen for my coloring. I must have used just about every color under the sun....LOL And it really took a long time to color the images.
I had a hard time deciding what type of embellishment I wanted to add, but in the end I decided to add glitter on all of the snow using a versa mark marker and iridescent ice embossing powder (and then I had to embossing it using my heat gun). After embossing it I felt that my card still needed a little something, so I added the white ribbon along the top of my card.
I added two score lines below my stamped image using my scor-pal. My sentiment is from SU's All Year Cheer stamp set.
