The Ways To Use It challenge is to create with corrugated cardboard and I used it for my flower center. Thanks for the challenge Melody!
-Ink distressing was done on the designer paper edge.
-With Nestabilites I cut out the flower and ink distressed from the center out. The flower center is Nestabilites but not the die cut that comes with the flower because I didnÂ’t want to totally destroy the corrugated portion although it did get flattened a bit during the cutting and embossing process. The center was sponged with distress ink to get the deep brown color.
-The squares are ½” in size and are chipboard that comes with the paper set. For the triangles I cut the squares in half corner to corner and for the smaller ones I cut the half in half again.
-The gems were attached with Diamond Glaze.
-The butterflies were paper sculpted using a metal ball stylus and folded paper towel for cushion. They are attached with tacky glue.
