How do you like this Emerson, my SCS friend Sharon (aka *Doris*) sent me some new ones - so look out!! This is the first of them and I love her concept...don't live my it, but love it all the same....I used this weeks Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge:
which happens to be a sketch challenge by Silke Ledlow...it works really well with this image.
I started by running the DP through the Cuttlebug and then used the Nestie outside from a scalloped circle, and this great lace which was given to me by by friend and SU Demo Ann, added the embossed the sentiment. I finished off by adding the silver pearls that I recieved in a RAK from Pam (aka pam124) and just happen to know they are a favourite of Silke's as well....
Well, that was quick and simple...a short post for me.....thank you for stopping by, don't forget to leave a comment so I'll know you have been...more inportantly - I hope you come back!! God bless you!

Hi Linda, You've done a gorgeous job on the Emerson Lady.
Those women are always having soooo much fun!
What a fabulous way to use all those leftover pieces when using nestabilities. Hope you're having a great weekend!

Hey Linda, boy that pam124 sure knows how to send you some great silver pearls to add to you card!!! LOL!!! They look fabulous and I know Silke loves using silver pearls. Her cards are WONDERFUL!!! You've done an amazing job here as usual Linda. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that sentiment!! I might have to get some of these Emerson ladies - they are just SO SARCASTIC and FUNNY!!! You did a wonderful job on the layout. LOVE that unique lace border, the coloring, the ef, the nestie - it's so fantastic. I can see why people want to buy these cards from you!!! Oh, by the way, if you commented on my last upload (Bella Rose Thank You), it somehow got deleted/erased from my gallery and don't know why. I've re-uploaded it. I feel bad I didn't get to read any of the comments. Can't wait to see your next card!!! TFS!

Lol! Wonderful twist on an 'oh-so-true' classic saying. Sadly yours is true too! As always, your colouring and shading leaves my jaw on the table, as I am thinking, 'chalk?, how does she do that?' Wonderfully fun Sistah!
