I was looking out the airport window, watching all the Tea Party Ladies board the plane, moaning and whining because I couldn't go the the Queen's Tea Party, when I overheard Mothermark say that the Queen, herself, would pay for all trips to and from London! I am beside myself! High Tea! With the QUEEN!
Oh, my--so much to do! I must get a passport--I've never been a world traveler before! Ha! I've never even been on a plane before! Oh the sights we'll see! I plan to get a picture of Big Ben first! Then some shopping at Herrod's--I think something in a polka dot will do nicely!
Imagine, my first tea party ever, and, that, with the Queen, Will, Harry and CINDY! It's almost TOO MUCH! Thank you for the invitation, Your Highness!
Just a collection of rubber stamps, in black ink on white CS, with edges inked in red. The crown is heat embossed using Ranger's Embossing Tinsel. The background paper is from Dover, and the threads are gold and black from DMC.

I did say that didn't I! Hee!
Did the Queen put you in the back of the plane? You go on up there and get in the front of the plane! You are traveling first class girlfriend! Don't you worry bout nuttin! I will deal with the Queen when she gets the bill! Or maybe I will deligate that little chore to one of the tea partiers that have been around awhile! Like for instance, Carla! Yeah Carla! She is so sweet she can talk anybody into anything! Hee! Yeah, that's what I'll do! Snort!
When you get off the plane come and find me in line! We are still waiting to get into the castle but we are having fun entertaining ourselves trying to get the boys in red uniforms and big furry hats to laugh! I thought I had a little more clout with the Queen but NO, her people said to wait in line! Bah!!
Welcome to our tea party! So glad you could come and bring this awesome card! You DID have all of the perfect stamps! Don't get skeered now of the other tea partiers and their rowdiness, its hard for newcomers but in a couple of weeks, you will be rowdy as well! Hee!

What a perfect remembrance of this anniversary tea party with the queen. You've done a wonderful job framing all those great images. Welcome to the party and remember to have fun!

Look at this little patchwork card of fun! Love the weave background! So glad you hopped on the second plane, and I am excited that you spurred a shopping spree to begin! Can you buy PTI or Hero Arts stamps in England shops, hee! At least we can get some fab ribbon and lace, and some antique buttons or something! So glad you came to the party! Cindy spikes her tea with something that makes these things quite addicting!

What a cool party card - you had some perfect stamps for your London trip. Make sure you visit the stamp shop near the British Museum, don't let Kelly fool you into thinking that all you'll get is ribbon and lace.

Did I hear we are going shopping for stamps?? Now this trip is getting interesting. I love how you have your images framed. The little gold threads are what really caught my eye. So pretty!!! I'm glad you made it on the flight. These teaparties are a blast!

Your first tea party? Well welcome. So glad you are here. I am late, but I come in style in my cinderella carriage, hop in. We'll go to the front of the line together. I just happen to have scones and clotted cream and preserves under my cushion. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I'll share with you though. They are sooooo yummy. You'll wish we had this stuff in the US.
