This would make a great stamp camp project for all the moms in attendance who would kill for a uninterrupted bubble bath! If I don't get this card in the swap I'll have to email you for directions

Use glossy cardstock. Cut your cardstock to the desired size. Put some water and dishsoap (any kind) in a bowl. Blow some bubbles through a straw. Put a few drops of re-inker ON TOP of the bubbles and blow a few more bubbles while you hold the cardstock over the bowl. You basically want bubbles with color in them to stick to your card. Set it aside for the bubbles to pop, leaving the color behind. TIPS: once the ink sinks to the bottom of the bowl it won't leave any color. Darker colors work better, some stay "on top" of the bubbles longer than others but Brilliant Blue is almost too dark. Positively Pink will work but it's lighter. (Forget Pretty in Pink) Brocade Blue works well.
