I made this mini backpack as a birthday gift for my granddaughter's 13th birthday. I got the instructions from Splitcoast weekly #157 May 6, 2009. It was very easy to follow and fun to make. Purple is Mariah's favorate color so everything is done in different shades of purple. I put three jars of fingernail polish in the top pocket and some nail decales in the bottom pocket.

Sorry both stamps "You Are Special" and "the row of hearts" I got ages ago do not know where. Probably at Meijers or Joanns before Stampin Up time though. Did have a price of almost $4 for each stamp which is stubid when you can get so much more for you money with stampinup.

I agree with "much more for your money with S.U.. This backpack is so cute. Kirsten's favorite color is purple too. I saw this on SCS and was thinking of doing it as it looked very easy to follow. Mmmm maybe I still will. TFS
