Here's my card for this month's Wish-RAK Card Contest Category #1 - Make anything you want using a patriotic image or embellishment.
I started with a Soft Sky card base (which I received from broncomom) and this Sketch Challenge Forums at Splitcoaststampers. Panels 2 and 3 are designer papers from SU's retired Western Sky collection. Panel 2 is layered on Blue Bayou cs (also from broncomom), and Panel 3 is layered on River Rock cs (also from broncomom).
I received the silhouette image from Jen2972, which she stamped with Basic Black onto Whisper White cs. I colored over the image with my VersaMark Pen and clear embossed it. I then brayered on a Baja Breeze sky, highlighted the flag with Pacific Point cs and sponged on Kiwi Kiss, Old Olive and Always Artichoke mountains and grass. This piece is layered on River Rock and Blue Bayou cs. Before adding it to the card with Dimensionals, I added the small Real Red star (from Momma Patti) with the pretty brad in my Pretties Kit. I finally layered the senitment on Blue Bayou cs, too, and added it with Dimensionals.
Phew! That's A LOT of Wish-RAKs!!

Excellent card! The colors are perfect, and your creativity with the coloring of the image is perfect as well. I couldn't imagine the image looking any better than the way it does w/your card.

Beautiful creation! Nice job with the brayering, and the silhouetted image. Lots of great accents with the patterned paper, star and brad! All around awesome!
