Here's my frame. I cut the hole with a nestabilities and used my cuttlebug folder to emboss it first. In the corners are bows from a cuttlebug diecut. I punched the flowers and added dew drops to the middles. Inside the frame is Flourishes' tulip. I colored it with my copics.
