Roxie Roxs! What a great choice for Featured Stamper! There are so many cards in her gallery that I truly love, it was really tough to pick one. I finally decided on Butterfly Mask for the colors and scoring. I pretty much kept her colors, floral theme and scoring, but I changed the images, added a ribbon and a couple of layers and left off the distressing.
All images are Innovative Stamp Creations and are a wonderful new set due to be released June 8, so y'all are seeing them here first.
I stamped the hibiscus flowers several times w/ the coal ink and colored w/ markers. I cut out a few extra petals to add on for dimension. I attached them to a white bg that I scored w/ a nestie rectangle and masked off the outer edges. Then I sponged the lemon, sunburst and pink inks inside the frame. It's attached to a peach layer.
The green layer was stamped w/ Ranger's Watermark/Resist ink (and the word Hibiscus, but it's a little hard to see here). Then it was run thru the CB w/ the Swiss dots folder. The white grosgrain ribbon was colored w/ the markers and tied over the layers.
The white card was scored twice on each side and once across the top and bottom. The image layers were attached w/ foam tape.
Thanks so much for looking
