I made this card for featured stamper challenge 119. The featured stamper this week is Joan Ervin. I chose to CASE this card LSC217 Charliene in the Rain by joan ervin at Splitcoaststampers
I changed the main image, but kept it similar, and I also changed the designer papers to what I had on hand. The fence was made with a wood textured paper and the scallop edge punch.

This is adorable....what a sweet image and I love how you used the dew drops as the rain drops!!! The fence looks awesome, too, and the flower with the glaze is beautiful....such a great case!!! Thanks for playing today!!!
