I played from this vintage ticket pillow, which reminded me of my designer paper.
I had searched the stamp store looking for just the right paper for an idea for this old car and walked out empty handedÂ…our next stop was a dollar store and in the craft section I found just what I was looking for. A bit vintage looking with a touch of colorÂ…lucky me for change!
I stamped the car, cut the pieces, ink distressed edges, direct to paper to get the dark brown which started out as Kraft, paper pierced, added the brads, stamped and cut the sentiment, assembled and I was done. The panel are mounted on foam tape.
What took me the longest was matching paper to the sepia ink.
