I started with a Chocolate Chip card base. Panels 2 and 3 are designer papers from SU's Delicate Dots (SAB 2009) Collection. The sentiment is stamped with Chocolate Chip ink onto Whisper White cs and layered on Chocolate Chip cs. With the assistance of my Mat Pack and Crop-A-Dile, I added that row of Regal Rose eyelets.
The image was stamped with Jet Black StazOn onto the metal-edged tag. I used my Blender Pen with So Saffron, Certainly Celery, Regal Rose and Chocolate Chip ink pads to color it. I added a scrap of So Saffron grosgrain ribbon behind the tag and adhered it to the card with a Dimensional. I thought the card's corners were a little boring, so I used my Small Corner Rounder Punch on just the bottom right corner.
It's not my favorite card, but I'm happy to have a birthday card in my box for later down the road. TFL - Regina

Regina: You knocked these challenges out of the ballpark my friend. I love your card and those perfectly lined up eyelets!!! I've got all these metal tags I've never used. May have to rethink that after seeing your card. Thanks for the inspiration! TFS!
