Our monthly challenge was to use Perfect Plum and Mellow Moss on a long card. I redid this card a million times before settling on this version. In the end, I used some of my favorite elements- silhouettes, fluffy clouds, faux stitching, sponging and distressing. I only had white ribbon, so I sponged it with Plum ink to give it a hint of plum. The sky is created with a scalloped oval sponged with Pirouette Pink and Plum. The main panel of DP is sponged and distressed and stamped with the sentiment, a little bird and a few butterflies. A few pearls finishes this off just right for Mom.

I don't really like long cards, but this one has me rethinking that! The depth you created with the shadow stamping and those gorgeous clouds is so very neat...love the soft colors and the tiny bit of distressed edge and faux stitchin. This is one long tall Sally!
