Do I ever love Cirque du Soleil! We always try to catch it under the big top in the Boeing parking lot in Renton WA. And while I am definitely not a Beatles fan, I love strawberries and it's that time of year for those red jewels.
I chose Strawberry Fields Forever. Using Anita's lucious strawberry stamp inked directly to Memory Boxes Grove field paper with Andirondacl red pepper. I used SU retired soft sky for my Kid's Quote (Inkadinkado) inked in TH di walnut stain and lightly embossed with clear. The plain and scallop edged rectangles are Spellbinders and Cuttlebug. I added a tiny bit of red gingham ribbon using SU's slot punch. This strawberry field is mounted to Brazzill brown orange peel paper and then onto GP white cs.
Wouldn't you just love to roll down the hill, plucking strawberries wherever you landed? And lay on your back and watch the clouds pass over? I would! Thanks for having a peek.

What a cute saying and card! Next time you go to Cirque du Soleil! I am SO close to there! I think they may have to move it though. Have you seen all the new construction down there called the Landing?

Totally tantilising Susan, I love the picture you have conjured up here - you know I was surprised to hear that you are not a Beatles fan - somehow I thought you might have been - I guess I will just get back into my ' Yellow Submarine' and visit 'Eleanor Rigby'....but before I do....love your card! Thanks for sharing!

I love that adorable sentiment. Out of the mouths of babes come some of the best one liners!!! That's why it has been such a joy for me to work with small children. Funny story comes to mind: I was reading the story "I can't say the Ant" one day to my kindergarteners and one of the lines in the book is "gee, said the pea!" They all fell out laughing because of their overly exposed bathroom humor. I explained that it was taking about the kind of green pea that you eat. Somehow the conversation got into why we even call needing to go the bathroom "pee". I explained that if you were at the doctor's, he might ask you to go urinate, which is the medical word for that body function. A little later one of my little boys raised his hand and asked if he could go marinate!!!
