I made this card for Clear Dollar Stamps Weekend Color Challenge. Our colors were: barely banana, glorious green, baja breeze and white (neutral).
I used what I had, glorious green is the only color I actually had from the list. This was my first time playing around with watercolor pencils and watercolor paper. I love how the two work together. That was fun and a learning experience for me.
This image that works fantastic for masculine cards is April's new release from Clear Dollar Stamps called Dirt Rides. They will soon be releasing new images for May, check out: ClearDollarStamps.com.
I did cheat, I admit it, Used black and also silver brads. It just really helped this image and I'm uploading it to the DT gallery so I wanted it to look its best and still participate in this challenge. Please forgive me. Hee Hee.

Lisa this is fantastic. I love all your stitching and your layout works so well for this design. That is one beautiful bike. I love watercolors too. I watercolor with SU markers alot. I love the way this looks. I have never tried pencils. Great job.

WOW!!! Seriously... you are had stitching all those?? Wow. Really?! I am amazed. You must like to hand sew. I could maybe get through one card, but you have been on a roll with the hand stitching. It looks beyond amazing.
This card is so awesome. I love the scene with the sun and the stitched rays, and the way you watercolored the dirtbike. I love using watercolor paper. I like to get watercolor paper at A's with the free cardstock coupon.
This card totally looks like a Lisa card. So many fun things about it, and put together it is just the best! Great job, and I think I might have to look at that stamp set... it would work well for my boys.
