I really love how it turned out -- very elegant, even with the whimsical cake image.
I stamped the image with Encore Gold and then used my Spica clear glitter pen to color the icing and gold spica glitter pen to color the cake plate and the accents. The heart was colored with the red spica marker.
I'm so sad this doesn't show at all in the photo but I used my scor pal to score lines at each scallop of the punched border. It kind of makes it look like a curtain.

that border punch is really nice! I like how all your details come together so nicely but are still very clean and simple! I am imagining the score lines and they are beautiful too. LOL!

I agree with Kristin...you brought a lot of details together (pearls, ribbon, border punch, ticket punch) while keeping the whole card perfectly CAS! I'd love to see the score lines, too!
I really like this! I just made my first wedding card at georgiegirl50.blogspot.com and I got some really great ideas looking at this card...(of course, my card is already made, but for next time). Very nice. Joanne
