I finally broke down and got a couple of the BC DZYN gals, and I thought this challenge would be a great chance to ink them up. Thanks for the tutorial!
Who's had this kind of Got Aloe type of day? *raising hand* *ouch*
With a Bazzill Basics CS, I embossed my white CS with a Cuttlebug and Divine Swirls folder, and brushed with my QuickQuotes blue chalk inks.
The main image is matted on red CS. I don't have any copics, so I used my Prismacolor pencils for all the coloring, and blended using the Prismacolor blending marker, which my local Michael's clerk recommended vs. using OMS or Gamsol.
-Layered light peach, blush pink and carmine red for the skin tones, with white added around the eyes.
Cutting around her left hand let me slip the beer bottle in there. Both bottles, the necklace and the sunglasses (Gina K) are topped with Inkssentials Glossy Accents. I modified the "Rx" bottle from Bunny Slippers for this nice big bottle of Aloe.
