This is an Aussie baby wallaby with a kookaburra on his tail. (See the next photo in my gallery for a detail shot.) The pierced, layered daisy is done with digi-stamps printed on colored cardstock. The faux stitching digi-stamps were printed on a transparency, which was then used as a piercing template.
Stamps: Digital stamping images from AngelsLanding.com
Accessories: fine hemp twine, one yellow Dew Drop (Robin's Nest), two yellow eyelets, eyelet setter, pop dots, needle piercing tool, detail scissors, M Graham watercolors, fine black gel pen, large ball stylus, mouse pad.
Techniques: watercolor, paper piercing, faux stitching

I am planning on entering a local challenge here where we have to use a digi stamp, and one of your Aussie animals is exactly what I was planning to use . I always have to look up the colouring, though, if I am going for the realistic look! Love the combination of the faux stitching and piercing on this.
