Made this card three different ways for our church cards group and think this is the best one. I do not know how to arrange flowers so they may be too high, too low or just plain wrong!!! Sis, what do you think. This is for a girl I worked with since she was 18 years old. I could hardly wait until she made it into her 40's so I could relate to her. lol!!
Colored image with prisma pencils and gamsol. Love using that because it blends so well. I stamped ribbon stamp in black and embossed it and cut it out to add another layer to the lace. I pierced two of the corners with a template and added gold leaf on all sides. Added a button and brad to embellish it. Heavily sponged oval.
Thank you for looking and comments greatly appreciated.

I commented on this card and it didn't show up. Go figure. Any way, I love this one the best. I like them both, but the flowers are so pretty and they are in the best spot. Love the darker ribbon on top of the lighter one. Your dp is gorgeous and then you went the extra step and cb it. Way cool! Did you paper piece the corners? Nice touch. You really have the prisma pencils w/gamsol down to a tee. So tell me, why is it you don't post more cards when you made such beauties like this one! Sis, you done good.....twice! TFS :0)

Absolutely stunning! That DP through the Cuddlebug is exquisite! And the saying perfect for your group, I'm sure! I love the use of your dark button & brad, & the stamped "lace" in black! How unique! I wouldn't change a thing! tfs

Well, I have to give it to you, you ole bag, you managed to create a fabulous beauty today! I see your caption states it's for an old friend. Whew, I dodged that one, didnt I?
I love your vintage feel; and those flowers are so strategically placed, too. Oh my, for someone your age, I am in awe that you're still able to create something as magnificent as this. I hope your old friend can really appreciate this beauty!
