Lynn gave us the dinkiest little flowerpot card to make today. As soon as I saw it, I thought it would be lovely with lollipops - but as the anaesthetic is still wearing off from a dentist visit this morning, even paper lollipops can wait for another day .
Check the TLC thread today for a link to Stephanie Luman's tutorial for this sweet little card.
My base is Bazzill, stamped with Weathered in Versamark. I also embossed the fold-down flap with the Fiskars Waves texture plate. Didn't think I'd get a good result with the crimper and didn't want to waste time finding out for sure.
My pull-out bit is the same Bazzill base, with pink card on top. I used another scrap of card for the tag, which is stamped with Tim Holtz Distress Ink - worn lipstick.
For the flowers I was lazy and just cut out the flowers from a scrap of Three Bugs in a Rug paper someone gave me. Some are up on dimensionals, and I added little buttons to the centres. I also added some punched leaves, to which I added veins with a Sakura Stardust pen.
Off to do a bit more housework, now...
