It's Saturday, time for the OCC Challenge - Our April host, Silke has challenged us to use our *favorite* Easter Stamp Set. Well, I chose this little round bottom bunny for my favorite Easter stamp this year. I feel a certain kinship with his shape! It is actually two bunny stamps.... you do see the "other one" don't you? There's always one in every crowd! lol! I went a little nutty using Basic Grey's Euphoria Paper Collection to stamp these Bunnies. The "front" Bunny stamp actually has the tail to the left, but I trimmed it off and put it in different spots on everyone, so they would not look so cookie-cutter! I liked pairing the Elegant sentiment with these goofballs and mixing it up, what can I say.... some paper, stamps, ink and I can totally entertain myself! I added some little stitching using Souffle Pens, then embellishing in between with some sparkly little dot stickers. (Approximately 25 of those little dots are now embedded deep in the carpet). Now, I have to tell you about the heavenly ribbon.... I just got this in the mail on Friday, and I have fallen in love with it. The ribbon is from Sharon Johnson's Ribbon Store.... it is 1/4" SILK and let me tell you.... IT ties up and puffs out like a DREAM! It is so fine and light - the middle knot ties perfectly crisp, tight and clean, just perfect to attach to a card! I had fun with these little bunnies and this card! Finished card size is an A2.
