For Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday challenge, to make a card inspired by one of her awesome teapots! This week is actually Peggy's Pin Cushion Party, because Peggy sent Cindy an AWESOME teapot pin cushion of a little BRICK HOUSE...now I have been singing that song all day in my head....owwwww, she's a BRICK......HOWWWse, hee!I had to go with Anna Wight's Sunflower Saltbox but I decorated the roof all fancy with Background Basics Retro from PTI...and for Peggy, I included a heart stick pin (which is smuggled into the party, underneath the bowed out sentiment and crocheted flower) because Cindy said NO PILLOW fights with the PIN CUSHIONS....eeek! Come join the fun, but wear protective eye gear!!!!!

Giggle! I just got a bid on having a metal detector installed! Now I am thinking I better put it in no matter what it costs! Ya know, seeing your card makes me realize how easy it is to hide a death weapon stick pin on an adorable little Brick Howwwse!
You crack me up! Your card is so precious! I love to see how you are inspired each week! Love how you fancied up the roof!
We shoulda spent the day together, we could have been singing a duet all day! You don't really think that just because *Cindy said* no pillow fights with pin cushions that people will actually pay attention do you? Nah! No way!
Thanks for coming Kelly! You were early this week! Whoo Hoo! Same day even!!!

Cute house! The black gingham ribbon is a nice touch.
The thought of a hidden pin is a bit scary but not as scary as the thought of you and Cindy singing a duet of this particular song.

Oh, too cute!! Love your house, and all the details you put into it! I am amazed at how many have all these cute house stamps... there are some great cards this week.
Love your aida background. It has such a homey feeling to it. And also the crochet flower... you don't get much more "homey" than crochet. And the gingham too. You did a great job putting all these little details together!!

Awww, what a sweet and sneaky girl you are Kelly, the little heart pin just for lil'ol'me now! I love your house and the sunflowers, beautiful, I want lots of flowers in front of my house. I know that means bees but, I can live with that...I think.
Beautiful roof and that flower is soo pretty. Thank you for sharing this oh so original with us. Let the party begin now!

I lost my voice when I was sick and haven't gotten it back yet. (Which makes my dh and kids happy!!) I guess I'll just have to listen to you and Cindy sing instead of joining in. I love the sunflowers at your house. The little white curtains in the windows are so pretty. I like the candles in the windows too, but if the pin cushion-pilllow fight gets too wild I hope they don't get knocked over and start a fire. I'm glad you were able to make it to the teaparty on Tuesday!! Yeah!! SNUGS!

This is so you... I love it. What a great folk art card. I really like Anna's image for this challenge. The crocheted flower is perfect and the stick pin finishes it off well. Love love love it.... With you at the party I am sure that it will be a hooting good time....

This is so cute, Kelly! I love the house and how you decorated it! The crocheted flower and pin are great and so is the gingham ribbon! Perfect for Cindy's teapot/pin cushion party!

I just love how you decorated your little saltbox house. Sunflowers and all. And the pin is such a neat touch! Wonderful teapot card - glad there won't be any balloons there! We'd be popping them for sure, in between the pillow fight!
