For today's IC I chose this adorable little dress: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php...ng_id=21188418
I thought the flowers in this dress reminded me of the 5-petal punch flower I've been wanting to try. You can see the tutorial by Stacey King, stampalooza, on her blog here: http://rebelinker.blogspot.com/searc...from%20punches
What fun this was to do. I made my flower by sponging Rose Red, Regal Rose, & Pretty in Pink, dark to lightest b/c the flower in the dress is darker in the middle too. The center is punched from the looks like spring punch & sponged w/ rose red & summer sun. The brad is from my stash. The whole flower it popped on a large dementional. I even punched the leaves, trimmed one end to a point.
Isn't the little girl just the cutest?
This will go to my mom for her birthday.
Thanks Stef for a super site for our inspirations
Thanks for looking.
Taking the grands to the Spillway in PA to feed the carp & the geese. Will gallery gaze & comment later. Have a great day everyone.
