Embossed dp and also stamped a swirl stamp and clear embossed it which added some sparkle. The main and important thing is I discovered wire ribbon!!! It stays just about anywhere you place it. I ALMOST feel like a ribbon expert. I framed the image with it - hopefully it looks like that to you. Put gold leaf around the yellow oval and added some pearls. Colored with soft colors by SU. Added a punched edge on top. I also learned to use by nestabilities too. This growth in so many areas is new for this 'old bag' to quote my dear friend, Anne Ryan!!!!

Wow, just look at that gorgeous ribbon! This whole card just went together so well. Your dp goes so well with the cb you used. Love the top border thing. Your image is colored so very well. Love the oval. Look at all those pearls, fantastic accent. Another great creation by my "older" sister! Love it! TFS :0) Not too shabby for an old bag! teehee

Well now, isnt this just grand for an older woman? I do have to ask you, how long did it take you to find this area in the tree to use as your backdrop? Did you need magnifying glasses to find it, and is it now painted red on the other side so you can always find where to place your cards? yikes, you old ladys can be very resourceful. Sput, this is just exquisite. Oh so elegant in those blues and pearls. So worthy of being entered into a contest. let me do some research to see if there's something out there that caters to older women's creations. I'll get back to you on this. Beautiful card, sweet girl!
