This card was inspired by Michelle Zindorf's lastest blog post. I tried to create something evocative of the mid-northern Ontario landscape with all it's rocks and lakes.
First I brayered the sky with Spirit Blue, then made a mask for the cliffs and sponged them with gray, adding a little black at the top. Using post-it notes, I created the waterline and sponged the lake using Atlantic Blue, Turquoise, and Paris Dusk. Finally I stamped the trees, making the black cliff a little larger than the original stamp.
Card measures 4" by 5"
