The color challenge was to use Rose Red, Black, and Always Artichoke. I was playing around with my Sizzlits and Embosslits from Stampin' Up! This card is mainly from scraps. The Artichoke swirls are 'Scribbles Swirls' Sizzlit and the flower is the 'Flower' Embosslit. I had a piece of Whisper White that was already embossed with Backgrounds #1 Texturz Plate, and I just cut it in half to fit my die cuts and then matted on a scrap piece of Basic Black. The pearl is from the Pretties Kit and the ribbon is Rose Red GG Ribbon. The DSP is Rose Red Prints DSP (retired). I used the Eyelet Border Punch on a scrap of Whisper White. I adhered the whole thing to a Rose Red base card and lined the inside with white. I will stamp an appropriate sentiment inside when the need arises. The flower looks darker than the base card because I thought it was Rose Red, but it isn't. It was in my scrap basket. I think it might be Purely Pomegranate or Cranberry Crisp, both of which are very close to Rose Red! Thanks for taking a peek!
