I had seen the idea for this on here, but the scs meamber wanted you to go to another website (blog?) for template, so I just winged it. Once I got a design/shape I liked in pencil I made my own template on chipboard. I do not have a scanner but I will snailmail it to you all just PM me your address and say Latte Card pattern.

I tried to find the lady on here that had started this idea but had no luck this morning. I think she called it a "To Go Cup"
