Whew, I am glad I didn't have the problems with this sketch that I did last week.
I am still trying to use up images that are sitting on my desk from several abortive projects last week. As this little image was on a long strip of paper, I thought it would work for today, and that the bright orange flowers would be a good chance to open up my pack of Marrakech. (Why do they insist on odd spellings - I and my spellchecker both want to put Marrakesh. Bit like wanting to write Phoebe when they went with Pheobe!!) Plus, although it's sunny here today (sort of), it's bitterly cold, so the warm colours are welcome.
All the papers are Basic Grey Marrakech, with sponged edges.
The main image was stamped on watercolour paper with Versafine Black, embossed and coloured with H2Os. (Just when the card was all ready to assemble, and I was about to stamp the sentiment, I dropped the open inkpad on the stamped image, and had to do another one. Think I need to turn on the heat up here!!)
The sentiment is Hero Arts, and I added some little acrylic tiles and Kaiser pearls which I thought suited the papers. Mind you, it looked good without them, too, and it took a while of wondering do I, don't I. But they really remind me of our favourite Turkish kebab restaurant, so I went with them in the end.

Very colorful and fun card. Love that little frog. Sounds as if you had a bad time with your inkpad but all is well that ends well...and this has.
