This clock is made from an old 78 record album I found in a junk shop. I liked the size and the extra thickness of it compared to a regular album. I first painted a coat of white acrylic paint then I added color w/ inks (mostly Brilliance inks) and heat set between additions. Then I stamped images w/ the inks. I finished it w/ a couple of clear coats sprayed on. The numbers are stick ons. I also painted the clock hand and added a rim of silver w/ a Krylon pen (before the clear coat. TFL

This is very cool (though my heart dropped when you said it was an old 78! I just love those!) :-) Such wonderful and interesting color and depth from the variety of coloring media you used! Love the design!
