This is my card for the Wish-RAK group's Monthly Card Contest Category #3 - Sketch It. We were to make a gatefold card. Bottomphish granted my wish for Lockhart images with this gorgeous tulip image.
My card base is Chocolate Chip. I layered The Presidio designer paper on Rose Red and Certainly Celery cs for the gate panels.
The tulips were stamped with Archival Jet Black into onto GP110 cs. I colored the image with SU Watercolor Pencils. It's layered onto Rose Red and Chocolate Chip cs. The sentiment was stamped with Chocolate Chip ink onto Whisper White cs and layered on Chocolate Chip ink. I added the Rose Red eyelet with my Crop-A-Dile. It's attached to the Hodgepodge piece with a bit of white string. It looks so pretty dangling there *at the gate*.
I think this just might be my mother-in-law's Mother's Day card this year.

What a lovely coloring job and the image is perfect for the gatefold card. It reminds me of a drawing from a botany book with the DP you selected. Very pretty!
