Valentine for my sweetheart. This set reminds me of the place we love to go, Blue Lake up in Tahoe Nat'l. Bub's grandpa built the Rifle, Rod and Gun Club up there in the 1930's and Bubba can remember summers and deer season's spent there with his gramps, dad and brother. We still go there with our boys. It is the place we love to go the most, so I thought this was fitting for Valentine's Day.
This is a rough variation of SC214, the card is larger than A4 and I shifted the panels to fit my image best. I used left over quilt fabric to tie on the side for WT205, and the little heart is made from cinnamon. It smells so good!
To make the cinnamon charms, mix 3 cups (I know- a lot!) of cinnamon with 1/2 cup applesauce. It will be the consistency of cookie dough. Roll out, shape and make hole with a scewer and bake at 400 for about 40 mins. Smells like pie baking!
Happy Valentines Day Bubba! I will get the chapstick out! Love, Mrs. Buckle
Thanks for looking!

Pat, you are a genius! And what a sweetie too!!!! If he doesn't fall on the floor because of this card's 'awesome-ness', then....somethin's wrong and call for help!!!!

So terrific! Look the rustic look and yet it really is a little piece of artwork.
