My submission for Twilight Tuesday Inspiration Challenge #18- Twilight Valentines. You can find more information at www.twilighttuesday.com
So, like Rebecca, IÂ’m not a big mushy valentine person; those who know me well would probably say IÂ’m jaded about the entire commercial holiday. But, with that said, I was excited about this weeks challenge and my valentines are all about the boys, two boys in particular, Jasper and Jacob.
One of the things I really like about Stephenie
MeyerÂ’s writing is how she infuses humor into many of her intense (and not so intense) moments. Inspiration for my first valentine comes from Breaking Dawn and the relationship between Jacob and Rosalie, I thought the banter between the two of them pre- Renesmee was so funny but post Renesmee kept me in stitches and really helped to get me through some of the tedious battle preparation. So this is my valentine from Jacob to Rose. I love the DCWV Rock Star paper; it is so subtle with its skulls in the paisley and this is one of my favorite Cuttlebug dies.
My second valentine takes inspiration from a Twilight outtake that can be found on Stephenie Meyer’s website (www.stepheniemeyer.com). On their “trip” to Phoenix Alice makes Bella get some food and they just happen to stop at a mall, Jasper waits in the car. Upon their return to the car, laden with packages, Jasper mutters “I knew I should have gone”. Such a typical guy thing to say, but I think Jasper usually will give Alice anything she desires. I used an ATC sized Rubber Romance image, kept the color pallete simple (and one of my faves) and added a little bling.

These are awesome -- so impressive! You put a lot of work into this challenge, and the cards portray the scenes you mention perfectly! You know your Twilight stuff! Thank you, as always, for playing along with the challenge!
