Not sure how I feel about these colors... I think it's the perfect plum... it just seems to be a muddy color to me and is one I almost never reach for. Nevertheless I gave today's color combo a whirl an here's the result. I just love the new itty bitty buds set, I think it's so sweet. I'm also pleased with the tag effect created by using the scallop border punch on both corners of a narrow strip (here 1 1/4 wide). A co-worker's birthday is this week and this was created with her in mind... I hope she likes it!

I'm brand new here but must say your card stood out to me - really very pretty! I am clicking through the challenge gallery - so many great results. I might just get up the nerve to post my own creation one of these days!
Love your layout and I personally would not have thought of putting these colors together...but I think they work great. Hope you don't mind if I CASE your layout.
