The rose panels are popped up to add some interest. This card is one of the few that turned out exactly as I had envisioned it...which was as soon as I saw the fabric. The card is 3.75x7.25 inches.
The square punch made this super-easy to put together. Also, you could skip the embossing and just use the white craft ink, but the embossing made the white stand out more.
