The challenge is to create a border or other page element by just cutting out part of an embossed design, patterned paper, or a stamped image, and use it as a part of your card.
I chose a backgrounder and cut out what I needed for the paisley waves!
-The paisley waves are heat embossed and then colored in with reinker and baby oil using a cotton swap. Using an aqua painter makes the cardstock to wet and misshaped. The baby oil worked much better. Direct marker was to dark for the look I wanted.
-Fish and waves on the inside and envelope are done with Prismacolor pencils, baby oil and baby stumps for blending. Same as the Gamsol technique.
-The fish and water lines on the designer paper were glitter using Art Glitter adhesive to hold the glitter.
