I made this card late last night using the Saturday and Sunday challenges. I did bookwork pretty much all day, trying to catch up after a couple of days in Mexico! Can't believe how quickly things can pile up in such a short time! Plus, I am itching severely from peeling skin, so stayed up late to play to keep my mind off it! LOL
Another great gallery to chose from for the FC challenge! I chose this card for the layout, and I was inspired by this wall art from yesterdays inspiration challenge for the scene.
1. Changed the card shape from a square to a rectangle
2. Changed the image and sentiment and colors. Used my adorable lion and toucan from Clear Dollar Stamps zoo critters set.
3. Did faux stitching instead of actual stitching, too late to pull out the sewing machine last night. LOL
Coloring of the images was tediously done with copic markers. Still working on learning this technique! Added some of my signature doodling and sponging, just because it wouldn't be mine if I didn't! LOL
Well, what do you think?..........as always, TFL :0)

super cute... Love how you popped up the lions head... Your colouring always amazes me.... love the faux stitching, doodling and the little heart embellishment.
Hopefully the days in Mexico were worth the itchy, peeling skin
