The TLC on SCS this week is to create using pleats. I immediately thought of my shoebox full of snowflakes, origami figures, and folded paper dolls that I created and collected as a young child. So I set my oragami paper to the task, folded it, and cut some holes in it as if I was making a snowflake! The result is my interpretation of an asian ornament which I backgrounded on a card with a simplistic branch image. I will gift this to a friend who sent me a calendar last week to celebrate *The Year of the Ox*. Kind of simple, definitely nostalgic, and completed with serene satisfaction!
Thanx so much for taking a look!
