If you're using Windows, just double-click on it in Explorer and it will open in the "Viewer" window... at the very bottom are some buttons... the 8th and 9th little buttons over (on my screen anyway) are "ROTATE CLOCKWISE (Ctrl+K)" and "ROTATE COUNTERCLOCKWISE (Ctrl+L)" - pretty sure if you rotate it, it just stays rotated. If it does not, then use the little disk icon (Ctrl+S) to "save a copy" in the rotated version! Hope that helps!
